The German D.A.R.C. starts a new payed QSL service based on the idea of the Global QSL service. You can upload your QSL image, upload your ADIF log and it will be printed and send by the D.A.R.C. to all other QSL bureaus world wide for that you have to buy a amount of QSL’s there. If you are already a D.A.R.C. member it is cheaper than if you are a non member of the D.A.R.C.
